VENUE CHANGE:
Its with regret that we find ourselves having to relocate this event to another of our venues. (But don’t panic it’s still on.. Luckily we have another venue) Due to the poor weather conditions of late, the event field at St.Neots is not in a condition fit to run our event from. Those of you that Know Nicetri Events will understand that we would rather call it off than give you a bad experience.
So.. The new venue will be Grafham Water, Huntingdon. (Full address below) where you will be treated to a deep water start in the lake, followed by a really nice out and back fast bike leg, (Part of the Grafman Middle route) followed by an out & back run (again part of the Grafman middle) all distances meet the requirements.
Those that have booked camping spots, that is still fine and what you were told still applies, but unfortunately this venue wants to charge you for the privilege, but you do have running drinking water and inside toilets. £8 for the night. (Sorry) Those that have booked local hotels you will be fine where you are, all are within 10 minutes of this venue. The new venue is only 4 miles north of the original at St Neots. Those of you that were planning to get trains, you can get off at Huntingdon Station and get a taxi, and the venue is around 3 miles away.
Ok lastly, As per your agreed T&C’s (sections 6 & 11) we are permitted to make changes to our venues courses and routes at the last minute where necessary to facilitate a safe venue and racing environment. Bearing that in mind we will not be entering into conversations regarding withdrawals, refunds and deferrals due to these venue changes. Please don’t ask. http://nicetrievents.com/about-nicetri-events/legal-information/
